Serving those who have served
My father served in the Navy during World War II and I was taught at a young age to honor those who served.
Sadly, our government hasn’t always lived up to that promise. In Olympia, I’ll work hard to make sure the state does everything it can to help veterans. As County Commissioner, I worked to increase Veteran Service Officers for our veterans and on federal policy to ensure adequate health and mental health services for those who served.
